Tough call honestly. If Ok State can win in Ames and then beat K State in Stillwater to finish the season with Smart playing well in both he may be the front runner.

I thought about Smart. I'd probably rank it McLemore, Smart, Bennett, but could see all three getting votes. Guys like Telep are obsessed with Smart, but most voters aren't reading the HS reporters, and McLemore has a heck of a lot more highlights hitting Sports Center.

Smart probably deserves the award, but if KU wins at Baylor and BMac has another 30+ point performance he just may get it.
