Decision day for Embiid (Updated w new decision time)

Seven-footer Joel Embiid (Gainesville, Fla./Rock) will announce his decision today via twitter, and have a signing ceremony on Thursday at his school.
While three schools remain in the hunt, a decision is expected out of Kansas and Texas - not saying it's a concrete lock - but that is the "word".
Most believe Kansas will be the pick.

I always fear the home team, but keep in mind that announcement day has already shifted around among Tuesday-Thursday this week. The UF game that his attending would really concern me is tomorrow night.

A lot of schools' fans are more aggressive on twitter than KU fans. Inappropriately aggressive with arguably impermissible contact. Syracuse for one. UF retweets don't overly concern me, but we'll see soon.

At this point this class has to go down as one of Bill's two best at KU (along with the class of Chalmers, Rush, Wright and Downs) doesn't it?...at least on paper.

Has got to be close. I think Mason has good upside potential as a PG as well. Frankamp seems to finally be appropriately rated on most sites in my view (Telep was a clown show on this one, but then again so were others) but I think his contributions to the team will outweigh his ranking if that makes sense. He is not the type that I would take before many of the guys ahead of him on the rankings but if I already have good players in place I would rather have him than just about anyone else.

I can't remember what analyst said it but he was saying Mason will go up in the rankings and when comparing him to Tharpe, they are both similarly ranked right now, that when Tharpe committed to KU his stock was falling and that when Mason committed his stock was rising.
