We'll try to get info on all the guys as the letters come in, but let's get things started with a link to an in-depth recruiting story, shall we?
Current list of confirmed LOIs faxed in:

As a quick review, the staff has commitments from the full allotment of 25 players, with 18 of those commitments coming from the Junior College ranks. The quality of the class is based on the enormous quantity of medium quality more than anything, with a 247Sports ranking of the 47th best class. The bulk of the commitments are on the defensive side of the ball, particularly along the line, though I'm personally excited about the 3 JuCo offensive linemen who could lend a big leg up to the offensive side of the ball immediately. The biggest prize in the class will likely prove to be Marquel Combs, a 6-3 / 305 lb DT from Woodland Hills Community College in California, though Jayhawks fans have good reason to be excited about the two quarterback commitments: Jordan Darling and Montell Cozart, both from the Kansas side of the Kansas City metro.
All-in-all, it's a very nice departure from the Gill years, with very good depth in the class, and more quality than Jayhawk fans have grown accustomed to.
Does it appear that everything will go smoothly and not likely to lose anybody on signing day?
I'm still checking around, but as of right now, everyone seems really solidly on board. I don't expect any surprises either way at this point.
What player are you most excited about?
Absolutely Combs and Martin. I think these two can take the DL to the next level and really make an impact for the Hawks next year. I love how the staff as upgraded both lines in this class to make a strong foundation for this 2013 squad
Joey Bloomfield has faxed in his LOI, per his twitter account.
I should have started the thread with this, too. Here's the list of National Letters of Intent that had cleared before today (primarily because these kids are now enrolled):
Has Combs made it to campus? I know on another board there was a question about that.
Last I checked, he was planning on starting school last month. It's been a busy month personally and I didn't confirm it, so I'll try to confirm that.
I'm now hearing there's a possibility we've lost Kevin Short. I am working to confirm that.
I can confirm that the following Letters have been received and certified:
Okay, I was working on old information. Short was really waffling yesterday morning, but he had great chat with Weis and Bowen last night and has just faxed in his LOI. His letter has not been certified, but he has personally confirmed that he's sent in his LOI.
Combs has made it to campus and is enrolled in classes.
Cozart's paperwork is in now, too.
Expecting to hit a lull here as the early signers have mostly finished up, but Marcus Jenkins-Moore expected to sign shortly after 8AM PST. He may be the next one.
Can confirm: Mark Thomas, Samson Faifili, Rodriguez Coleman, Marcus Jenkins-Moore, and Colton Goeas. By my count, that's a full class, with all expected signees today having completed and faxed in their paperwork. I'm awaiting confirmation of that by the compliance office, but it looks like the only questionmark was Kevin Short, and he came through.
Good job with covering all of that. I would try to help but I loath national signing day with a passion I normally reserve for visiting my inlaws. One of the most obnoxious days in sports outside of everything that leads up to the superbowl.
Aaron is this confirmed? CW O'brien has stated on Phog he is still in Ca awaiting academic clearance from some of his JC courses to transfer.
Interesting. I'll check with our guys again to be sure, but I was told this morning he was on campus and in classes.
